The staff went above and beyond to ensure my parents' comfort, even providing extra assistance with navigating the hotel. The heating system was impeccable, keeping us cozy and warm during our entire stay. Our room was equipped with a well-stocked mini-bar, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing evening on the terrace with our favorite drinks. The attention to detail in providing cookware and kitchen utensils made it feel like a home away from home. The presence of an electric kettle in the room made it convenient for us to enjoy hot beverages whenever we pleased. The flat-screen TV and the beautiful parquet floor added a touch of luxury to our experience. We also indulged in a delightful dining experience at The Grill, just a short distance away, which heightened our overall impression of the hotel. I must say, Gastehaus Am Wasserpark truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect, making our stay unforgettable.
